About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant HOD for our French Department to support academic excellence and departmental administration.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in French language
Must have proven experience in academic administration / department management
Must have DELF B2 Certification or DALF C1 (Mandatory)
Master's Degree in French or related field preferred

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Academic Leadership:
Assist HOD in curriculum planning, lesson planning, and ensuring high-quality French language instruction (A1 to B2 levels).
2. Administration:
Manage faculty scheduling, student assessments, academic records, and departmental operations.
3. Faculty Support:
Mentor and train junior faculty members, conduct classroom observations and workshops.
4. Student Management:
Handle student queries, academic progress tracking, and parent/student counseling when required.
5. Quality & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to academic standards, DELF/DALF exam preparation and coordination.
