Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in Civils or Earthworks?

TS Recruitment is working with a regional civils and earthworks contractor who are looking to recruit a talented Quantity Surveyor to commercial manage 3-4 projects at one time.

Role Responsibilities:

• Visit sites to carry out valuations and variations
• Approve and pay all subcontractors
• Procure materials for sites
• Ensure sites are within budget
• Complete cost value reports
• Present to the Commercial Manager and support through final accounts

What We're Looking For:

• Min 5 years' experience working in a similar sector
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• Forward thinking and dynamic
