Razorblue Group Ltd is seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our growing tech team. You will provide remote technical support for unresolved 1st line issues, diagnose problems, document incidents, and ensure SLAs are met to deliver five-star end-user experiences.
You will also perform onsite troubleshooting as needed, mentor junior engineers, and act as point of contact in the Team Leader's absence, helping to uphold the high standards of customer service we demand.
