Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. Our policy is to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with flexible options down to a minimum of 12 hours.

We schedule your contracted hours within the agreed availability windows and provide at least 3 weeks' notice of shifts. If your availability closely aligns with our advertised times, we still welcome you to apply.
