£14.26 – £18.00 per hour

The school is looking to appoint a part‑time SEND Learning Support Assistant to work three days per week on a long‑term basis. The successful candidate will support pupils with SLD, PMLD, ASC and SLCN, helping them with learning, communication and sensory needs and encouraging positive engagement with their education.

• Support pupils with complex SEND needs in classroom activities.
• Assist with learning, communication and sensory regulation strategies.
• Promote positive engagement and participation in education.

• Experience working with children or young people with SLD, PMLD, ASC and SLCN.
• Strong understanding of complex SEND needs and EHCPs.
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
• Patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach.
• Ability to support communication and sensory regulation strategies.
• Experience working within a school or SEND provision.
