The Castle School in Thornbury is seeking a dynamic School Operations Manager to join our dedicated team. Reporting to the Headteacher, you will link the school with the Trust Central Team to ensure day-to-day operations are seamless, compliant and supportive of our vision for every child.
You will focus on facilities, compliance, administration, HR and event coordination, working across the Trust as an embedded role with opportunities to shape processes and safety practices across the school
