Essilor Luxottica is seeking a production supervisor to lead production processes on the factory floor, coordinating with the Production Shift Manager to meet KPI targets. The role requires adherence to SOPs and HS&E policies and may include stepping into the Production Shift Manager role for around five weeks per year.
You will spend about 80% on the line performing a production function, with responsibilities in 5S, quality control, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
