Barista (Full Time, Thornbury BS35) –

Our Coffi Lab Baristas are key to creating an exceptional customer experience. We provide prompt, friendly service and great‑tasting coffee in a warm, engaging environment.

• Delight every customer with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare consistently quality coffee, including basic latte art, following recipe and presentation standards and understanding all milks served.
• Maintain a spotless store, ensuring a pleasant place for both staff and customers.
• Multitask during busy periods and follow processes to keep a high speed of service while maintaining product quality.
• Support the team in covering shifts; rotations are set at least a week in advance, with shifts running from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, seven days per week.

• Dependable, a strong team player capable of keeping operations running smoothly.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Organised, able to multitask with a strong focus on consistency across the customer experience.
• Calm and steady under busy conditions, able to adapt to changes in pace.
• Friendly, approachable and welcoming to customers.
• Experience in high‑volume retail, hospitality or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential.
• Previous coffee experience is desirable; full training and support will be provided.
