Location: Rudgeway
Elim Housing, part of Places for People, seeks a compassionate Supported Housing Officer to deliver psychologically informed housing and support to adults at risk of homelessness in South Gloucestershire. You will help residents develop confidence and skills to sustain tenancies and progress to independent living.
Responsibilities include building trust, creating tailored support plans, assessing needs and risks, guiding on housing and welfare benefits, and promoting education and employment
