Health Recruit Network is looking for a Registered Children’s Home Manager to oversee a 4-bed children's residential home in Thorne. You will support young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties and ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations.
As a full-time permanent role, you will lead, develop, and motivate your staff while managing safeguarding, care planning, and risk assessments. The position offers a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, along with a KPI-based bonus and profit share scheme.
