Our client is recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead an existing 4‑bed children’s home in Thorne, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is an established service, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a functioning home while continuing to drive high standards of care and outcomes.

Successful candidate will have- Experience managing an Ofsted children’s home
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of children and young people
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- A positive, hands‑on and solution‑focused approach
- A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
- Confidence in managing referrals, compliance, safeguarding and operational performance
