We are seeking a highly organised Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join our operations in the Warehouse rne is an AA BRCGS food-grade facility, where we handle a range of products, from raw materials, finished goods, and packaging. In this role, you will be responsible for helping manage the team on a day-to-day basis, to ensure all activities and targets are met, while ensuring all health and safety requirements are being met.

• Scheduling and supervising the activities and the functions of the warehouse team.
• Ensuring the proper and timely completion of all warehouse activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards in all warehouse activities.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
• Assist in the organisation of training and development for warehouse staff.
• Required / preferred qualifications
• Ideal experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems ideal.
