Site Manager - Cardiff (Nights & Days)
Site Manager required for an 8-week refurbishment and fit-out project in Cardiff, starting WC 7th September.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for running the site, coordinating subcontractors and trades, managing programme delivery, maintaining health & safety standards, and providing regular progress reports. This is a detailed project with multiple stakeholders, so strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
Requirements:- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Previous refurbishment/fit-out experience
- Strong reporting and programme management skills
- Ability to manage day-to-day site operations independently
Cardiff
Duration:8 Weeks
Rate:£240 Per Day
Working Hours:8 Hours a day (Nights for 2 weeks and then days for the remaining 4 weeks)
