We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant to support young students with SEN. This is a long-term temporary position with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate. The successful Teaching Assistant will work one-on-one with students, demonstrating empathy, adaptability, and quick thinking.

The ideal candidate will have:

A genuine desire to inspire and motivate students and colleagues
The ability to assist the Teacher with classroom preparation and management
Strong listening skills and the ability to understand students' individual needs
A resilient approach and the ability to differentiate instruction
Prior experience is essential
