About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant (TA) to work closely with young pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a temporary, long-term position with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate. The successful TA will provide one-to-one support, demonstrating empathy, flexibility, and quick thinking.

Salary Range: £82 - £90 per day

Key Responsibilities

Inspire and motivate pupils while supporting classroom staff
Assist with classroom preparation and management
Listen attentively to pupils to understand and assess their individual needs
Apply differentiated approaches to support diverse learning requirements
Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a dynamic learning environment

Essential Experience and Skills

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEN pupils
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and patience when supporting pupils with additional needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
