Teacher Active is proud to be working with a private nursery in Cardiff who are looking to appoint a Nursery Assistant. The nursery provides a welcoming environment for young children, with a focus on supporting their learning, development and wellbeing.

The nursery is looking to take on a Level 3 Nursery Assistant on a permanent, full-time basis, working 40 hours per week within the toddler room. The successful Nursery Assistant will support the children's daily routines and development while helping to maintain a safe, engaging and positive Early Years environment.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years

• Experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting

• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS

• A good understanding of safeguarding and the welfare of young children

• A caring and enthusiastic approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

In return for the above you can expect to receive:
