Role Overview

We are seeking a General Secondary Teacher to start in September 2027, providing cover for both planned and unplanned staff absences across multiple subjects. This flexible role is perfect for educators who enjoy variety, can quickly build positive relationships with students and colleagues, and are confident delivering prepared lessons while maintaining excellent classroom management.

Key Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in UK mainstream secondary schools
Exceptional classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to adapt quickly across different subjects and school environments
Strong communication and organisational skills
A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching
