Where purpose meets career As a Server Tooling and Orchestration Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and evolving enterprise automation platforms that enable automated service delivery, event management, workflow orchestration, and future AI-enabled operational services across customer environments.

Working within a highly governed, ITIL-aligned service environment, you will be responsible for supporting automation platforms, troubleshooting complex workflow issues, maintaining integrations, and ensuring services remain available, secure, and compliant. You will collaborate closely with operational teams, service management, and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality automation solutions while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to the evolution of our automation and orchestration capabilities.
