Sales Executive

Our client, a well-established IT Managed Service Provider covering South Wales and the West, is seeking a confident and driven sales or appointment maker Executive to join their growing team. Offering a salary of £28,000-£30,000 DOE, plus generous OTE up to £900 per month, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in sales, with progression into Business Development and Sales Management.

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and book sales meetings
• Follow up on inbound enquiries and marketing leads
• Sell IT and managed services to new and existing customers
• Handle objections, close sales, and identify upselling opportunities
• Build strong customer relationships
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

• £28,000-£30,000 basic salary DOE

• Previous B2B telesales or phone-based sales experience
• Experience selling IT, managed services, or technology is desirable
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
