Target’s Food and Beverage Supply Chain is evolving at an incredible pace. We are constantly reimagining how we get the right product to the right guest even better, faster and more cost effectively than before. We are becoming more intelligent, automated and algorithmic in our decision‑making, so that no matter how guests shop—in stores or on —we deliver the convenience and immediate gratification they demand and deserve.
We are on a mission to win decisively over any competitor, with a seamless and superior guest service experience unlike any they can offer. Our teams work with the agility our mission requires, and we constantly come together to implement new processes in record time.
In this role on the Capacity Management Team within the Food Supply Chain, you will be relentlessly focused on how we can drive Product Availability to our stores and guests by increasing throughput and storage capacity across our network. We’re looking for exceptional people who are proactive, creative, independent, innovative, risk‑savvy and comfortable working in varying degrees of ambiguity. You will work cross‑functionally with experts from across Food and Beverage to support co‑creation of solutions to reduce costs, increase storage capacity, improve speed and quality for replenishment activities, and balance our current and future Food Supply Chain network demand.
You will help scope a broad set of initiatives and ideas to identify the storage capacity problem, potential impact, and the resources needed to solve; you’ll also be actively engaged in developing solutions alongside experts from across the organization, including Field Operations and Inventory Management.
