Natural World General Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Landscape Construction Estimator to join our expanding construction services division.
The ideal candidate will have experience estimating commercial landscape construction projects, reviewing blueprints, preparing competitive bids, and calculating labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview construction plans, drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
Perform accurate material quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
Prepare detailed estimates and competitive proposals for commercial landscape construction projects.
Estimate costs for grading, irrigation, sod, planting, hardscaping, and other landscaping services.
Obtain and evaluate pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
Attend pre-bid meetings and project site visits.
Identify project requirements, potential risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with project managers and management to ensure accurate project budgets.
Track bid submissions, revisions, and project opportunities.
Previous experience in landscape construction estimating required.
Knowledge of commercial landscaping, irrigation, grading, and hardscape construction.
Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.
Experience with estimating software, Excel, and construction takeoff tools.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
