Colorado Occupational Medical Partners (COMP) has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to work at our Thornton location.

COMP is an Occupational Medicine and Physical Medicine Practice that services a wide variety of employers and physicians in the community.

We are looking for a dynamic, self‑driven Physical Therapist to join our team of Physicians, Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists. Experience in exercise physiology and anatomy is preferred.

COMP treats a wide variety of orthopedic, post‑surgical and neurological injuries with a close relationship with our referring physicians. Our clinics also provide treadmill testing and pre‑employment testing. Our philosophy consists of a strong exercise and manual therapy base with a focus on return to work.

Base pay range: $48.00/hr – $52.00/hr

• Implement selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner.
• Instruct and counsel patients effectively in exercises.
• Identify patient needs and exhibit compassion, caring, empathy, and respect for individual differences.
• Ensure continued competence and update knowledge as needed.
• Apply excellent knowledge of physiology.
• Maintain outstanding communication skills with both patients and staff.

• Physical Therapy Degree and certification in Colorado.
