• Base pay $30-32/hr
• $2-5 per elevation performed
• 10% commission on personal retail sales
• $2 bonus per client request

• 6–8-hour shifts

• Customize massage services for each guest
• Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, and Aromatherapy

• Current state license to perform massage therapy
• Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required

• Capable of effectively performing full-body 50-minute massage services

The Massage Therapist provides exceptional therapeutic bodywork and delivers a customized experience for every guest, in alignment with Massage Heights’ service standards and brand philosophy. This position focuses on delivering safe, effective, and personalized treatments while promoting wellness, relaxation, and the benefits of routine massage therapy. Therapists are responsible for maintaining professionalism, retreat cleanliness, and a consistent, guest-centered approach to care.

• Deliver professional, customized massage sessions that meet each guest’s individual needs and preferences.
• Uphold Massage Heights protocols, safety standards, and brand service guidelines for all massage services.
• Perform all Massage Heights Elevations and Enhancements, including Aromatherapy, Revitalizing Face Massage, Reviving Foot Scrub, Hot Stone Therapy, CBD/Hemp Infused Massage, Dynamic Cupping, and Gua Sha (as trained and certified).
• Educate guests on the therapeutic benefits of regular massage, at-home care, and the Massage Heights Lifestyle Program.
• Support retreat operations by ensuring treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and properly prepared for each service.
• Follow all sanitation, laundry, and linen-handling procedures to maintain a safe and inviting retreat environment.
• Communicate effectively with the front desk team and management regarding guest needs, scheduling, and service notes.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment that encourages growth and professional collaboration.
• Attend required meetings, training, and continuing education opportunities provided by Massage Heights.
