Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Thornton, CO

Upwards ABA is looking for a registered behavior technician to join our dedicated team! As an RBT, you’ll play a key role in providing high‑quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that helps children develop new skills and reach their fullest potential.

$25.00/hr – $30.00/hr

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in‑home, in‑school, or in the community
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client progress data
• Work collaboratively with families and clinical team members
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during sessions

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy a plus (not required)
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation for local travel
