Role

specifics and benefits
  • You will assess, plan, and implement occupational therapy interventions across diverse settings, with a focus on enabling independence in activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), and meaningful daily routines. You’ll conduct comprehensive evaluations, establish patient‑centered goals, develop and modify evidence‑based treatment plans, and document progress to inform ongoing care. Your expertise will guide adaptation of environments and assistive devices, cognitive and perceptual retraining, motor skill development, and safe discharge planning.
  • Experience growth across patient populations and care environments: inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient clinics, home health, and transitional care. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech‑language pathologists, social workers, and caregivers, enriching your clinical perspective and broadening your skill set.
  • Competitive benefits aligned with a travel‑oriented role, including a weekly pay range of $2,447–$2,539, incentive bonuses, and robust housing support. You’ll have the opportunity for contract extensions based on agency needs and your performance, providing a clear path to longer‑term involvement if you wish.
  • Comprehensive support that travels with you: 24/7 assistance from a dedicated support team, travel coordination, onboarding resources, and access to clinical mentorship and peer guidance. You’re never isolated on assignment; help is available whenever you need it, no matter the location.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and guaranteed hours: while the hours are not guaranteed, the program is designed to maximize consistent clinical time and professional fulfillment. Start date is 01/19/2026, with a weeks‑long contract that can be extended based on mutual fit and performance. The combination of flexible scheduling and dependable support enables you to maintain a healthy professional rhythm while delivering meaningful care.
