Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements
    :
    Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, with state licensure as a Special Education Teacher.
  • Certifications Requirements
    :
    Valid Colorado teaching license with endorsement in Special Education.
  • Experience Requirements
    :
    Minimum of 1 year experience working with students in grades K-3, preferably in special education settings, with demonstrated ability to support moderate to severe needs.
  • Other Requirements
    :
    Ability to work with a diverse student population, teamwork skills, background checks required, and availability to start ASAP through May 29, 2026.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support students with moderate to severe needs in a classroom setting tailored for grades K-3.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with paraprofessionals and team members to facilitate learning.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
