• Perform initial exams and re‑exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review diagnostic imaging/X‑rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1‑1 patient report of findings, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take‑home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment – chiropractic care: adjustments, spinal decompression, shockwave, or regenerative protocols (training provided if needed)
• Documentation and charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow‑up to ensure treatment goals are being met – reassessments
• Co‑manage acute or chronic cases with rehab, decompression, or adjunctive therapies as applicable
• Participate in daily huddles, weekly team trainings, and practice‑wide events
• Communicate clearly with CAs, techs, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Support patient retention through genuine relationships and excellent care delivery
• Actively track and respond to clinical and operational KPIs (patient retention, visit averages, care plan conversions, re‑exam outcomes). Collaborate with leadership to continually improve individual performance, team efficiency, and patient outcomes.
• Lead patient education workshops, dinner talks, or internal/external wellness events
• Engage in case reviews, functional medicine integration, or mentorship of new team members
• Contribute to the clinic's clinical innovation, research projects, pedeing continuing education

• $85k–$105k per year (depending on experience and position)
