Clinical Admissions Therapist

The Clinical Admissions Therapist is responsible for conducting virtual biopsychosocial assessments, building rapport with clients, and determining treatment needs upon admission.

• Develop rapport with clients and referral sources through personable communication.
• Present program information supportively to facilitate access to care.
• Complete assessments across diverse age groups and mental health concerns.
• Determine suitability for virtual intensive outpatient programs (IOP).
• Construct provisional diagnoses using DSM-V criteria.
• Document client information in electronic medical records in compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with clinical teams and referral sources during intake.
• Assign treatment teams and inform staff of new admissions.
• Collaborate with hospitals, treatment centers, and behavioral health providers.
• Maintain availability for shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

• Experience working with multiple age groups and completing behavioral health assessments is preferred.
• Licensed in a mental health field; associate-level clinicians eager to grow are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable technology resources for confidential telehealth services.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
