Occupational Therapy Assistant – Full Time

Sunday‑Thursday or Tuesday‑Saturday (8‑hour shift, day shift, weekends as needed)

We are seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in‑house therapy team. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive rehabilitative services in a long‑term care setting while collaborating closely with nursing and other therapy disciplines.

• Provide direct occupational therapy care to residents in accordance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Utilize available clinical systems and specialty programs to support resident outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices.
• Participate in leadership and clinical quality initiatives as needed.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current and active State license/registration as required (COTA).
• Willingness to work in a facility‑based environment with a 32‑hour work week.

Pay: $26.00 – $32.00 per hour. Benefits earned after 32‑hour work week include:
