• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with network routing protocols, design, and troubleshooting, including network equipment from major providers.
• Experience with programming languages such as C++, Go, or Python.

• Experience with network design.
• Understanding of cloud computing, Linux server environments, and network design deployment.
• Understanding of network operations.

• Provide operational support for Google Cloud customers.
• Help customers resolve issues with network services and troubleshoot connectivity and performance problems.
• Validate and test customer configurations in interoperability lab environments.
• Write workflow automation to the customer experience.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for escalated issues.
