Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with network routing protocols, design and troubleshooting, with network equipment providers.
• Experience in one or more programming languages such as C++, Go, or Python.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with planning and designing large-scale networks (e.g., multiple sites, multiple products, etc.)
• Understanding cloud computing, Linux server environments, network design and deployment, managing large-scale infrastructure.
• Understanding of network operations at scale.

Edge Network Operations (ENO) provides operational support, optimization, and automation for Internet Edge and several cloud products, including Google Cloud Interconnect (GCI), Cross Site Interconnect (CSI), Hosted Security Module (HSM). We are staffed with Network and Software Engineers spanning three time zones to ensure continuity and responsiveness.

Our primary mission is to effectively and efficiently solve customer issues at the Internet Edge. Leveraging our unique support relationships and deep technical/organizational knowledge, we lead efforts to continuously improve our customers support experiences.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $156,000–$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
