• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience with network routing protocols, design and troubleshooting, with network equipment providers.
• Experience in one or more programming languages such as C++, Go, or Python.

• Experience with network design.

You also ensure that network operations are safe and efficient by monitoring network performance, coordinating planned maintenance, adjusting hardware components and responding to network connectivity issues.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $113,000–$161,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Provide high‑touch operational support for Google cloud platform (GCP) customers.
• Help customers resolve issues with network services, and assist with troubleshooting issues with connectivity and performance.
• Validate and test customer configurations in an interop lab environment.
• Write workflow automation to improve the customer experience.
