- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with System Architecture within Supply chain.
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) within Supply chain.
- 5 years of experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects.
- Experience using SAP.
- Experience with data analysis.
- Experience with Business Process Reengineering (BPR).

As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead multi‑disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners across the company.
You are equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
In this role, you will manage the materials supply chain required to support production network build and delivery to Google product areas and enterprise customers. You will support contracting, funding, and billing of Google’s network assets and services while focusing on supporting network reliability, capacity delivery, and cost efficiencies in partnership with other Google Global Infrastructure (GGI), Technical Infrastructure teams, and Google product areas.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $156,000‑$229,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location, additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities- Influence and drive design, implement scalable API‑based systems and processes to support business operations, lead the migration from legacy first‑party systems to modern platforms, and ensure minimal disruption to business workflows.
- Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to identify operational pain points and translate business requirements into technical solutions, serving as the primary liaison between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Manage the integration of third‑party systems and services, including vendor evaluation and technical implementation.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, and design and implement new workflows, tools, and systems to streamline operations.
- Develop and execute cross‑functional enablement programs to ensure teams are trained on new systems and processes.
