Compensation: $21 - $28 /hour, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Telecommunications Technician to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as a Telecommunications Technician, where you'll support the District’s Mitel VoIP Telephone System. This hands‑on role offers the chance to work in the field, engaging with various District sites. If you're passionate about voice systems and eager to contribute to a meaningful project, this is your opportunity to shine!

• Support and troubleshoot Mitel VoIP endpoints
• Perform basic telephone station troubleshooting
• Support analog lines and related infrastructure
• Install and replace voice‑related equipment
• Coordinate with Network/Infrastructure staff
• Maintain and repair voice systems
• Document and communicate with IT team

• Experience with enterprise VoIP systems
• Knowledge of cabling and network infrastructure
• Experience in MDF/IDF environments
• Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot devices

• Experience with Mitel VoIP systems
• Good documentation habits
