Madison, WI (campus-based)
Responsibilities- Manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and other areas of potential risk.
- Assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
- Build relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
- Expand knowledge of the rapidly changing industry and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Strong academic and professional background; competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
- Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
