As the Clean Room Scope Project Manager, you will lead and manage cleanroom construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule.

• Lead and manage cleanroom construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage the project budget and provide financial reporting.
• Coordinate billings, including change orders and related items.
• Set up jobsite project and accounting files.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate material purchases and deliveries.
• Lead and supervise project team members.

• 3-5 years of commercial metal framing and drywall construction experience in Project Management.
• 3 years of experience with Clean Room Scope Projects.
• Experience with OST and Quick Bid.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction budgets, scheduling, and estimating.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Salary Range: $70,000 - $140,000 based on experience.
