R&D Semiconductor Process Technician

This is an onsite position in our Thornton office.

Forge Nano Inc, a fast-growing materials company with a focus on manufacturing nano-scale coatings across a wide range of markets, is seeking a talented wafer technician in the Materials Group. This position covers a broad range of duties, including materials processing, general laboratory management, instrumentation cleaning, assembly and maintenance of process tools, and basic process development for Forge Nano’s ALDx processes.

• AS in physics, chemistry, materials, or equivalent engineering fields or 1+ year fab experience
• 1 year hands‑on/laboratory experience

• Self‑driven problem‑solving skills
• Team collaboration and communication skills
• Wafer handling experience
• Vacuum equipment experience a plus
• Experience in an industrial company that conducted materials development and advanced materials manufacturing a plus.

This is not a remote job. Work is carried out onsite in a research and development laboratory. While performing the duties of this job, the employee handles hazardous chemicals in the laboratory. The employee will be required to wear all appropriate safety equipment including but not limited to eye protection, gloves, steel toe shoes, lab coat, and in the plant, a hard hat.

No travel required for this position.

• $25-29/hr depending on qualifications
