Position Overview
We are currently in search of a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our expanding fertility practice. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical expertise, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep commitment to reproductive healthcare. This position entails providing direct patient care, offering education, coordinating treatment plans, and collaborating closely with physicians and the clinical team.
Responsibilities- Performing trans‑vaginal ultrasounds
- Overseeing follicular monitoring
- Initiating, maintaining, and discontinuing IV lines
- Conducting new patient consultations and follow‑up visits
- Conducting thorough assessments, examinations, and fertility‑related evaluations
- Assisting with fertility treatment protocols, including medication management and cycle monitoring
- Reviewing lab results, ultrasounds, and treatment progress with patients
- Providing patient education on treatment plans, medications, and next steps
- Collaborating closely with reproductive endocrinologists and nursing staff
- Ensuring accurate and timely charting in EMR systems
- Supporting patients with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication
- Participating in continuous training, quality improvement initiatives, and clinic procedures
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the relevant state (must be in good standing)
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
- Prior experience in women's health, OB/GYN, or fertility is preferred
- Solid understanding of reproductive health and fertility treatments (or willingness to learn)
- Strong communication, bedside manner, and patient education skills
- Ability to excel in a fast‑paced clinical setting
- Proficiency in EMR platforms
- Monday to Friday (some weekend availability may be necessary based on clinic requirements)
- Registered in the designated state
- DEA License
- MSN
- CNP
- CPR / BLS
