CLINIC Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview

We are currently in search of a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our expanding fertility practice. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical expertise, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep commitment to reproductive healthcare. This position entails providing direct patient care, offering education, coordinating treatment plans, and collaborating closely with physicians and the clinical team.

• Performing trans‑vaginal ultrasounds
• Overseeing follicular monitoring
• Initiating, maintaining, and discontinuing IV lines
• Conducting new patient consultations and follow‑up visits
• Conducting thorough assessments, examinations, and fertility‑related evaluations
• Assisting with fertility treatment protocols, including medication management and cycle monitoring
• Reviewing lab results, ultrasounds, and treatment progress with patients
• Providing patient education on treatment plans, medications, and next steps
• Collaborating closely with reproductive endocrinologists and nursing staff
• Ensuring accurate and timely charting in EMR systems
• Supporting patients with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication
• Participating in continuous training, quality improvement initiatives, and clinic procedures

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the relevant state (must be in good standing)
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
• Prior experience in women's health, OB/GYN, or fertility is preferred
• Solid understanding of reproductive health and fertility treatments (or willingness to learn)
• Strong communication, bedside manner, and patient education skills
• Ability to excel in a fast‑paced clinical setting
• Proficiency in EMR platforms

• Monday to Friday (some weekend availability may be necessary based on clinic requirements)

• Registered in the designated state

• CNP
• CPR / BLS
