RN Medical Surgical Nurse

$36.50 – $53.25/hour – Sign‑on Bonus $10,000 available for experienced RN Medical Surgical candidates.

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care, collaborating with physicians and the care team. You will utilize nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage" and advocate for patients, families and caregivers.

• Assess patients during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting any status changes.
• Perform provider‑ordered procedures, monitor patients, and document care accurately in the medical record.
• Administer medications, monitor therapeutic response, and respond appropriately to any adverse reactions.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs and resolve issues.
• Educate patients, families and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications and follow‑up care.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Registered Nurse diploma or degree.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
