4 days per week | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and clinically strong Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing practice. This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys patient-centered care and has experience or strong interest in Pain Management and interventional procedures
.

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
• Perform and assist with pain management injections (training available if needed)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff

• Patient volume:
• Start at approximately 12 patients per day
• Progress to 18-22 patients per day

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Pain Management experience preferred (not required)
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
