Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical/Surgical – Colorado

Start Date: January 19, 2026

Location: Thornton, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; 5:1 patient ratio; 29-39 bed unit with charge nurse, 8 RN staff, and ACT support

Highlights:

• Medical/Surgical unit with telemetry monitoring capabilities
• Remote telemetry equipment and Medi Tech EMR system
• Post-operative surgical patient population with cardiac drip experience
• High-energy, collaborative team environment
• Night shift support including dedicated charge nurse and ACT from 10:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Travel RN assignment with multiple positions available

Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Telemetry experience with ability to read cardiac strips (required)
• ACLS certification (strongly preferred)
• Experience with post-operative surgical patients and cardiac drips (amiodarone, diltiazem, heparin)
