Customer Service Associate II

Overview

Customer Service Associate II at Dollar Tree Stores. The role focuses on assisting with daily store operations, merchandising, and providing a clean, welcoming shopping environment. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties as needed.

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards
• Merchandising and stocking as needed
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash removal, and ensuring neat and presentable areas
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment while interacting with customers, associates, and leaders
• Managing sales transactions while working the assigned cash register
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or related environments is highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs., frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High level of integrity
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting
