Grocery Clerks at Sprouts Farmers Market work in several different areas of the store:
Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen Department.

Responsibilities include:

• Stocking shelves, filling frozen food bins, maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
• Receiving product deliveries, ensuring delivery accuracy, moving product to the sales floor using equipment.
• Rotating merchandise to ensure freshest product is available.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Team Members under the age of 18 will be restricted from the following tasks:

• Using a knife (other than safety cutters)
• Using a ladder
• Operating garbage or cardboard compactor
• Operating any motor/electronically powered equipment (including manual pallet jacks)
• Working in coolers or freezers for prolonged periods of time

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Show mutual respect for others, maintain high-level code of ethics within a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and participate in a team environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive activities, multi‑task, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Capable of vertically/horizontally transferring boxes up to 60 lbs., from 5” to 34”, over 5 feet for up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance.
• Adhere to all safety, health, OSHA, and Weights & Measures regulations.
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned.

$16.80 – $21.00 per hour. Pay determined based on experience and qualifications.
