The Seasonal Sales Associate is a part-time, on-site role located in Thornton, CO. This role focuses on delivering an elevated customer experience, including greeting clients, understanding their needs, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming, luxury store environment. Responsibilities include supporting sales floor activities, maintaining visual merchandising standards, handling transactions accurately, and assisting with stock replenishment and inventory tasks. The Seasonal Sales Associate collaborates with team members to meet store goals, adheres to company policies and procedures, and represents the Tory Burch brand through professional, service-oriented behavior during peak selling periods.

• Customer service and clienteling skills, including the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Retail sales and cash-handling skills, including experience with POS systems, basic math, and transaction accuracy.
• Visual merchandising and store presentation skills, with attention to detail in maintaining displays, fitting rooms, and overall store organization.
• Communication and teamwork skills, including clear verbal communication, collaborative work style, and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move product, and work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in fashion, luxury, or specialty retail is preferred but not required.
