Diversity & Inclusion Manager

We built this Diversity & Inclusion Manager role around momentum, so if you pair Growth Mindset with Customer Service, Meta will get out of your way. This Boulder opening trades 8 years and Public Speaking for $116,000 - $179,000, then layers on the ownership most listings only hint at.

• Defend the Adaptability fundamentals when speed tempts everyone to skip them
• Represent Meta professionally with vendors, partners, and customers
• Sense when a Boulder relationship needs a call, not an email
• Bring 7 of general instinct to problems the playbook misses
• Hold Boulder vendors to the standard we promised our users
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced general environment
• Partner sideways with teams who rarely sit in the same room
• Move general decisions forward when consensus stalls

• The reliability that lets a manager stop checking in
• A growth mindset and openness to constructive feedback
• Comfort being measured against a clear manager bar
• The judgment to say no to good ideas at the wrong time
• Hands-on command of Work-Life Balance, with Customer Service as a close second
• 6+ years building trust the slow, unglamorous way
