SummaryForge Nano Inc. is a fast-growing materials company focused on manufacturing nano-scale coatings across a wide range of markets. Forge Nano is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join their Sales Team. This position will focus on assisting members of the Forge Nano sales team with a variety of duties related to Trade Show Attendance and being the primary point of contact for Sales Force CRM activity.
KeyDuties
- Convention Coordination: starting with an audit of Semicon West and completing unfulfilled tasks (i.e. registrations).
- Coordinate Sales Related Visitors: i.e. Visitor Guide, meeting room prep, agenda.
- Sales Force Lead Input and Distribution: drip campaigns, trade shows, COX Group, Website, etc.
- Confirm that all data from converted leads is captured in the Account, Contact, or Opportunity record.
- Facilitate the creation of brochures, giveaways, booth backdrops, branded FN clothing, and branded giveaways.
- Develop relationships with vendors close to the corporate office in Thornton where we can preview and buy branded FN clothing.
- Administration of Docu Sign documents (NDAs, Discount Justification Forms, etc.).
- Coordinate and facilitate requested Sales Force CRM updates and actively present opportunities to improve workflow, usability, and reporting to Sales Leadership for consideration.
- Special projects as requested by Sales Leadership and the CTO.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Agent, or similar (approx. 3-6 years).
- Deep hands‑on experience administering Sales Force CRM software. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams). Quick Books experience a plus.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Undergraduate level degree is a plus (BSc. in a STEM field is preferred).
Work is predominately carried out in an office setting. When onsite in lab or manufacturing areas, the employee will be required to wear all appropriate safety equipment including but not limited to eye protection, gloves, steel toe shoes, lab coat. Strict adherence to corporate and/or plant policies, rules and regulations in these areas is required.

Compensation/Benefits- $55,000 – $70,000 depending on qualifications.
