Sales Representative

Overview

Are you passionate about sales and fluent in more than one language? Drive N-Motion in Thornton, CO is hiring a full-time Sales Consultant. This role offers a base pay range with bonus opportunities and a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $/yr. Salary: $55,000 - $110,000 per year.

As a Sales Consultant, you can expect a competitive salary with bonus opportunities while you learn the ins and outs of becoming an automotive sales expert. The typical schedule is Monday through Saturday with a day off during the week and Sunday.

• Sell vehicles and deliver excellent customer service through all stages of the sales process
• Test drive a variety of vehicles and complete quotes
• Present and explain financing options for used vehicles; develop negotiation skills
• Follow up with prospective customers and respond to inquiries via email, voicemail, or text
• Assist online shoppers by setting and confirming appointments
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals

• 1 year or more of sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to speak fluently in Spanish and English (strongly preferred but not required)
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
• Ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Ability to work Saturdays and some evenings
