Fast Cash Pawn is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our pawn store teams nationwide. Earn an hourly wage of $18.00 to $21.00 with an additional commission on transactions. Earned wage access and a strong benefits package are included to support employees.
Primary duties include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, and maintaining store presentation. Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule and be comfortable with firearms where applicable in FFL locations.
