Entry Level Account Representative

We are expanding and looking for motivated and energetic Entry-Level Account Representatives to join our team.

This position offers hands-on training in sales, communication, leadership, and territory management. It is ideal for individuals looking to develop transferable skills and grow within a performance-driven, team-oriented environment. This is a face-to-face, customer-focused role where you will manage your own territory, build and maintain client relationships, and provide tailored solutions to customers within local communities.

• Build rapport with customers and provide personalized solutions based on their needs.
• Clearly explain product features and benefits to support confident purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with teammates to solve problems and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.

• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within a defined area.
• A people-first mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
• A team-focused attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment.
