The Team is seeking someone with a collaborative background responsible for accounting and finance activities.
- Review subcontractor invoices.
- Work with construction budgets and schedule of values.
- Prepare and submit loan packages.
- Process bank reconciliations.
- Journal entries.
- Work with construction contracts.
- Special projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
2+ years of experience.
Construction, development, real estate background.
Proficiency with G702/G703 a plus!
Strong organizational skills.
